Move picture from main gallery to user gallery

There is the option to move a picture from a user gallery to the main gallery but not the other way, that would be helpful.

That should already be built in. Tried in a normal photo in the main gallery and I have these options under Edit
"Picture Move Options:[Move to User Gallery]"
Then takes to page with a list of user gallery categories.

Is it possible to add picture to topic from "My Gallery"?

Not from a users gallery. But from main level categories you can edit category and have it auto post to a board

Normal users having access to post in any board seems like can cause issues.
