1) I have several thousand flash games that I'd like to use with this...is there by any chance a packager script available to make the game packs/mods? If not, I can probably write something myself but I'd love to find a shortcut.

2) Is the mod package format spelled out anywhere? I'd love to create out a bunch from the games I have and make them available here or on the SMF site.

If you or someone else could detail the packaging of a flash game, I could probably write a simple packaging script. I'll have a look at a flash game zip and see what I can puzzle out.

I've been looking for game packs for E-Arcade but I must not be looking in the right place(s).

I'd like to find a game pack with a few Flash games in it so I can figure out the package format. If anyone knows where they can be found, please let me know.

No packs out yet but all old smf arcade games will work. I have 1000+ games waiting.
The only type it takes is a zip file with a  .swf file but will work on a better structure later on.
