A customer has bought ads in 2 places but does not understand what to do next? In the database there is a place called "packageused" and it is set to 0. And he have payed.

They would click Advertise in the menu. Then make sure they are logged in. Click on MyAds and then click add ad.
And then follow the ad creation steps.

Or you can setup ads that subscriptions. The ad stays as long as their is subscription.

They can always edit their ads as well.
