This is an opt-out mod. All active members are automatically subscribed.

- Option to set the number of topics included in the email.
- Option to group topics by board name.
- Option to send a test email to a specific address.

Q&A:
Q: Are emails sent to inactive members?
A: No. Members who have not logged in within the configured number of days (default 30) will not receive an email.
Q: Is "Receive site mailings" honored?
A: Yes.
Q: How are topics chosen?
A: Topics are selected from the past 7 days, sorted by most viewed. An additional grouping by board name can be enabled in settings.
Q: Is there an option for opt-in instead of opt-out?
A: No. Opt-in does not work well because most members will never subscribe.
Q: Are new members automatically enrolled?
A: Yes. Members must opt-out if they do not wish to receive the weekly email.
