Title: Privacy Policy update issue

2.1RC4
GDPR Pro 2.0.6c

I just decided to create another post cause I've been bouncing everywhere and getting confused! My own doings but anyway...

I posted this at SMF (I forgot I was using GDPR Pro):

I upgraded a 2.0.18 test forum to 2.1RC4 and when I update the privacy policy the date never changes at the bottom in admin or in the privacy policy itself. It says Last updated: September 01, 2021, 06:31:11 PM. and I just updated it today.

In the text box I have it set as:

[b]This policy is effective from [color=orange][date][/color].[/b]

Ok, so I go to check it again and it updated to September 4, 2021, 12:17 am.
Today is September 03, 2021, 07:25:49 PM ???

The date is set and showing correctly on my forum and also accordingly in my profile so is it a bug?

I think I got it figured out! That canonical time things got me all messed up & confused so I just went and set the board time to my own time and it's fine now! :o  8)
