Title: Only Admin can see Pics and No permissions options

Hello, im guessing its because i dont have a default theme but if someone can help me that would be awesome.

I run www.CorsoTalk.com and right now only admins can view the gallery, everyone else gets an error message. Even when logged in as admin I have no permission controls for the board, it appears they are missing, there is a gap for them but they are not there.

Any and all help is appreciated.
