Title: Help pls with blue lt theme

You have to create "Modifications.english-utf8.php" in the "languages" directory ( http://autismfamilygathering.org/Autism_Forum_autsim-videos/Themes/blue_lt1/languages/ ) of your orange-lt theme.

Duplicate the "Modifications.english.php" of the "languages" directory of orange-lt. Next, rename it according to the language for which you use the file.

I do not understand the last sentance  What I am to do here?  anyone know?
