Title: getting error uninstalling gallery lite
Post by: spurry on January 16, 2008, 04:03:38 pm
hi all i have just payed for gallery pro
and trying to uninstall lite and i get this
Quote
Error in Package Installation

At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF.

thanks spurry

Same as above. However I get a lot of failures. Site has a fair few mods installed including Tinyportal.

-----------
Installing this package will perform the following actions:

Best bet in that case is to manually unistall the old using http://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html
And then install it manually using the package parser
