Title: How do you add BBC code buttons to Download System?

I'm modifying a site for friend and for the Download Systems "Add" dialogue, above the description box he wants the BBC Tags I (ie. insert hyperlink, insert image) much like it is in the forums.

I found code for the BBC buttons in post.template.php but I'm finding out it's not as simple as copy>pasting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe we have added them for SMF 2.0
