To start with, I've never seen this error before this.
I did a test newsletter and e-mailed it out to see what it would look like. Had my wife and another mod be my "guinea pigs". They both said that they saw the source code in plain text. When my wife clicked the unsubscribe button in the e-mail, she got: Database Error
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE ID_EMAIL= 2' at line 3

What went wrong?? Otherwise, this seems to be working fine. I'm still working on learning all the controls, what they do and how to use them properly. Not easy when you rely on a screen reader. :)
Thanks in advance for any and all help,

First error could occur if the report of the email campaigns was deleted or if the temporary table for the emails sent out was never created.
function Pageview_counter()
Looks to be caused by an issue with a modificatoin. Do you have a counter modification installed?
When a newsletter is sent out it requires the "Send in HTML format. (with this you can put normal HTML in the email.)" to be checked on the newsletter design page otherwise the html code will be shown.
Depending on the user's email client most email clients support html such as gmail,aol,hotmail,yahoo etc. A few such as bellsouth only support text based I believe.
