Title: Upload area?

it would be useful if we could specify only certain areas to upload to.... At the moment, users can upload to any file area that exists, which can make it difficult to keep things organised properly as they inevitably upload to the wrong area!

If the permissions for each area could have a setting that said "Allow uploads" Yes/No - That would do it, then of course, ONLY display the areas that the user can upload to when they upload a file.

I hope that makes sense?

Is this different the category level permission called "Add Download" which allows you toggle if the membergroup can a download to a category.
