When someone purchases a product from my store, the "from" e-mail address is not the address I have set in the Server Settings for my SMF forum. Instead clients get "From: s.On-line.Store@blue.eggington.net"
???
How do I change this?

Why is it that I'm getting the e-mails as well? Is there an auto CC thing going on? Is there a setting for that somewhere?

There is a setting called "Receive copy of sales email" which decides whether you get a copy or not.
