Just purchased and installed SMF Classifieds.
Can some explain to me how this feature works...
I have setup regular members permissions that they can only view listings. They cannot add listings.
Only my site supporters are allowed to add listings.
If I want my regular members to post a listing but for a fee, how would I set this up with theis feature?

To set this up you would need to do the following:
Give all groups that can be post listings "Add Listing" permission.
Regular members will need this permission too since this is a global permission and is required to allow them to post listings.
Next, click on the "Edit" link for each category and do the following
Add a default listing fee cost. This will be cost for all other membergroups to purchase a listing.
Then under "Other Membergroup Prices"
Click on "Add Custom Price" and find your site supporters group and set their price to 0.00 to make listings free for them.
That's it to get it setup.

what is the "Group Join URL" option? What is that for? and how does it work?

If you wanted to send someone to a page or post with details on how to join that group. A join link appears next to the price if they are not in that group.
