Wont be using Pay Pal to start,, When I click on Ad Seller Pro, Manage Ads, Add Ad I get this error: "You must have at least one location enabled!"

First part you need to do is enable locations.

Go to Locations in Ad Seller Pro

Find the location you want to turn on. Then click on edit next to the location.
Then there should be a dropdown box to enabled/disable.
Also on the same page checkoff which membergroups you want to show ads for.

Got that,, Added a banner but what makes it appear where I have chosen?

Depends on the settings that you choose for the ad. But if you choose just the location and uploaded a banner it should be set.

Make sure you check the location that you had enabled too when you added the ad.

It does it automatically just keep adding banners and select the ad location that you want.

Well rotation without page refresh can be done but that would have to be using an html type add then adding the javascript code

So,, I would use custom code could you supply an example? Also can you answer the two above questions?

For After Last Post first check that the location is enabled.
Then check that the ad that you have added also has that location checked.

Centering at this time requires custom code but something I looking to add for normal banners.

For javascript rotater saw a couples on google

So there is nothing in this app that will do rotation. Will you be adding that? I thought for sure it would have it. I would not even know how to add a JS and make it work.

I have after last post enabled in both places but it does not show after every last post in a topic.

Did you say you would help with a template?

There is nothing in the ad that will do rotation without a page refresh that requires javascript code.
The ad's will rotate on each page load though.

For after last post also check that the membergroups you want for the location are checked sometimes i forget that.

This banner rotator looks nice one external file to edit
