I seem to have a problem with membergroups, normal groups are working fine, but post count groups seem to be ignored - Is there an issue with this, or have I got something wrong somewhere?

After more investigation I've come up with the following.....
I have post count groups: Newbie, Junior, Member, Senior.
And other groups as: Bronze Subscriber, Silver Subscriber, Gold Subscriber.
The various "Subscriber" groups have different numbers of file downloads per day - Bronze= 10 downloads, Silver = 20 downloads, Gold = unlimited downloads.
The post count group "Newbie" is set to allow them to View files, but NOT download, all other groups can download 3 files per day.
Now, if I have a "Newbie" user (based on his number of posts), and he "Subscribes" - His Primary Access is set to "Bronze", "Silver", or "Gold". But Downloads Pro just seems to look at the fact that he's a "Newbie", and ignore the Subscriber setting.... So if he tries to download he is just told that he doesn't have permission to do so.
I hope that all makes sense?
So, is there any way of getting things to work as intended? Anyone got any suggestions? Is it a bug?

Moved one line around in 1.0.16 to see if that helps. I had checking post group firsts then any additional groups. Now it only checks post groups if there is not a permission set for any other group they are a member of.
