Title: Forum Links with info about title of the post

Hi guys, i'am looking for a mod or something for do the links of my forum better.

Now my links are like this: www.ssdsds.as/index.php?action=post;board=23.0 but i want that the links  have the text of the title of the post so the link should be like this:

www.ssdsds.as/Forum-Links-with-info-about-title-of-the-post-t23.0.html

Anyone know some mod that do this?
