Title: Resetting Downloads
Post by: Bar Nuthin on December 22, 2010, 12:13:35 pm
I sell virtual products in my stores and usually place a download limit on the files.

Often, if a customer has exceeded their download limit, they will re-purchase the item.

but if they do this, they will still get the message "No downloads Remaining" (or whatever the actual message is.

Would it be possible to set it so that if a user "Re-Purchases" an item, the download count get updated automatically?

thx :)

Do they get that for the new item? Or trying to access the older item?

They get that when they try to access either instance of the item

(sorry for the late response)
