Title: Trader System feedback not only after winning a listing/auction

I don't know how de users can give a feedback to a listing/auction, I don't have activated the option "Trader System feedback only after winning a listing/auction" but I don't see any option on the listings, for example have a look to one article: http://www.elforodeltenis.com/index.php?action=classifieds;sa=view;id=41

I need to set up "SMF Trader"? If it is yes, is there for smf 2.0 SMF5?
