Title: Problems with Ad Seller Pro Installation

 :-\ Hi.. I am new at this..
I uploaded the zip file..

I tried to apply mod through the package and it gave me the following error..
Some of the files the package manager needs to modify are not writable. This needs to be changed by logging into FTP and using it to chmod or create the files and folders. Your FTP information may be temporarily cached for proper operation of the package manager.  

What does this mean?.. I'm pretty much lost.  Any installation instructions?

That's a file permission issue. There is a reset options/file permissions setting in the package manager. Try to use that area in SMF first to reset the file permissions then try again.
