Title: Selectively disable automatic emails

I will be adding advertisers to my site myself through the back end as well as creating their ads and campaigns. Therefore, I would like to disable some or all of the automatic emails so that my customers are not unnecessarily spammed. I would expect that many others would appreciate this flexibility as well.
