Title: Help, no able to upload photos

Got an issue.

The bulk loader seems to be working but get errors: (I have no idea what these mean, but she ain't working right)

The middle error is related to watermarking.
And the last error might be caused by the middle error failing.

everything checks out..I also did a repair on my DB. Permissions on the fuploader file were at 755 so I changed to 777. New error today, bulk loader is no longer working. Lets say you have 3 files you want to load. It only loads the first one then just sits there.
