After updating to version 4.0.9. Has ceased to work Video Addon for SMF Gallery Pro,
How it can be corrected?

Reinstall the video addon and that will fix the issue.
Anytime you will install a gallery update you will need to reinstall the video addon to since the video addon modies the galllery code.
