Mods take time. I am the only one that makes them. I need ideas for mods in order to make them too!

can you do an "Allow users to send you PM" mod? because i have a hosting forum, and everytime users are pm me without anything worth it. With permissions, like "Premium users are allowed to pm me, but normal users arent" i am no mod making, but i think that could be easy :P
