Title: Let buyer choose his prefered shipping method

I have one important feature request please. That is to allow the buyer to choose his prefered payment method. Many of my customers do not have a PayPal account and wuld rather want to pay by bank transfer.

Hence I would like them to be able to select (in the shopping cart, before going to the check out) their prefered payment method.

I case of them selecting to want to pay by bank transfer they will receive a screen with my bank account details uppon the checkout. Otherwise they are directed to PayPal

I think this would be a great feature for all shop owners located in Europe as it is very common here to pay by bank transfer.

What would be the type of methods? And then how would it compute the shipping price?
