Title: disguize download link?

Due to the way I have had to set up my store. . . I have had to have an external link to my downloadable products.  It hasn't been a huge problem save for the fact that someone could very easily provide that link to their friends and only one person would have to pay for it!  Is there a way to have the link provided work but only work once?  disguise it?

There is a way to do it just if the file is large it starts to become an issue of not working correctly.

These are video training files so sometimes go into the hundreds of megs.  Would make your method not work?

Wouldn't work well since it more than likely would timeout before the file would be downloaded. So I would say no.
