Title: Alternate default theme for gallery

We have the choice of a light colored theme and a dark theme for our forum. Most people seem to prefer the light theme, so that's the default. The images in the gallery look much better with the dark theme. Is there a way to set the gallery to a different default theme from the rest of the forum?

At the moment there is no way to do that. The gallery inherits the same css styles/theme information from the theme used on the forum.

You could customize the gallery.template.php but not recommended since updates would wipe those changes.
