Title: Modify "Wrapper"

Hello, There is a theme called "Veterans Day" in the SMF Themes. I was wondering if anyone knows where the css is that controls the #wrapper. I have looked at all the css and can't find a relative "opacity" anywhere.

I discovered why there was no "opacity". It was a transparent background tile.
The obvious is most often overlooked  :(
