Title: putting link to a forum topic in a newsletter?

I define the URL and title, hit "insert" and the insert link form fields all clear, but no link in the newsletter.
No error in the log.

Insert image works ok.

!Updated tinymce. Fixes issue with IE 11 not letting links be inserted
