Title: Leap Year bug

Minor issue- I cannot select Feb 29th as a termination date for an ad- it forces it to be February 28th.  This is a leap year... might want to add that check for February dates. :)

I'm reassessing this- I set another ad to run Feb 1-7, but it showed it would terminate on Feb 6.  So I went back and edited the one ending in February, and set it to Feb 30, and it showed Feb 29.  So it's set to n-1.  I'm not sure if that's a bug or design, but having to set a date to Feb 30 to get Feb 29 doesn't make sense, necessarily.  I just checked- it snapped Feb 30 to Mar 1 after I saved it.

Anyway- so I take it that if I set a date range of Feb 1-Feb 7, at Feb 7 00:00 time it stops?

Made a change. Copy the attached file to your sources folder try it out and let me know. For SMF 2.0.x

Thanks for the quick turnaround!  Yes- once I touch the ad and save it again, it fixes the date.
