Title: Image Scrolling
Post by: bulldogfever on March 26, 2018, 12:31:50 pm
Just curious if I am missing something.

There are some albums I've created where it will only scroll through a few of the images in the album regarding of how many there are.
And even more so, if you click on an image in the middle of the list, and then hit "next image" it will jump back to the first one and then only scroll through the same few from that point forward.

And there are some albums that it does exactly as expected and you can "next image" the whole way through the album?

I can't find any setting that would be different between the albums?

Any ideas on what is causing this?

On what page are you doing the image scrolling? Slidehow?

Hmmm. Not sure how to answer that actually. What do you mean by Slidehow?

So, if I click on an album (category?) and it opens up the thumbnail view of all the images. I f I click on the first image, and then try scrolling through with the next / previous image links, it will only go to a certain few pictures and not through the whole album?

Does that make sense.

Then, from the thumbnail screen, if I click on say picture #13, it brings it up, but if I hit next image, it goes back to #1 and then will only go through the same few pictures as before.....

Do you have any custom sort options enabled? For the category if so that will throw it off.

Hmmm. Interesting.

The only difference seemed to be the sort by was 'title' as opposed to 'date'.

When I changed the problematic albums to date, it seems to have fixed it?

Cool. Thanks.

Yeah that would do it. Something I wanted to change.
