I have already installed the free version of it a long time ago and the time has come to pay it, my question is when making the change is to uninstall the old version to install the new version without problems? or something should be taken into account when buying such modification?

Just make sure you can uninstall the old version without errors. Then it should be ok.

If I can currently remove it without problems, shouldn't I have problems with any other modifications? Does it influence if I am currently in a shared housing?

No should be good if pretty urls lite worked then pro will work too.
