Ok - thankyou Your new file solved the problem and it is now working correctly I do use a variety of themes but it does not appear in some themes. ? Learning to use it and advise our members how to make it work for us There does not appear to be a 'reset' function for the administrator to 'clear' the testing Overall - nice mod- thanks - having to deal with jaded members this adds some interest Eric

Thanks for that But I am out of my depth here- I cannot read your file that is now residing on my desktop I have had a look at permissions but unable to update the existing file and replace it with your new one.
I will have to leave it for my IT man to upload
Is the new file going to be incorporated in your new download in which case could I uninstall and reinstall maybe???
Otherwise I will have to wait for my guru to assist and I will email him now- he is in USA so still Sunday there
cheers
Eric

I had a bit more of a look The score reports on the member's profile but the entry under the post does not load a score. Same yellow "loading....." bar at the top that does not complete.
Sorry not to report it properly- I didn't realised until I gave you replies a tick or two that it appeared under that post. Eric

Yes- I had a fiddle with it and it does record a result on the member's profile- tried a couple of different ones The banner at the top just hangs there until I cancel the activity that it is trying to make eric

Hmmmmm?? Thank you - what a good idea- I have been waiting for a 'thumbs up' system for a while now I purchased and installed the mod onto my forum www.locksmithtrader.com/forum and it looks good. SMF 2.0.2 But when I try to give someone a tick a bar at the top says 'Loading....' and just hangs there I tried it twice and then switched it off. Also I think the images are a bit faint - can the images be sharpened up a bit? Good work Mr Hacks Eric

I followed this thread but I am none the wiser How is a guest bidding on my newly installed Classified? Searched everywhere but don't know how they are doing it I logged out and tried to find my way in to bid but cannot get past the 'log in ' block

Yes I already set that but, in Admin Manage Listing the auction 'start' and 'finish' date settings are still in m/d/Y very confusing when we set the start date to 6/8/12-today and that is in fact two months ago

You would need to modify themes/default/Classifieds.template.php Find
date("m/d/Y
And change to how you want it to be. More information at http://www.php.net/date
Hi I have just installed classifieds and find that the date format for setting auctions is in m/d/Y format when I need it in d/m/Y Looked for this phrase- date("m/d/Y under default theme " Edit Theme - classifieds2.template.php" but just couldn't find it to modify date format from m/d/Y to d/m/Y Am I looking in the right place? Has the info in this post changed? Thanks Eric
