I don't understand what the second feature you're wanting is? You're wanting to be able to select which menu items a group can see, when modifying the group? That's not going to happen.
Funny, you not only said it was a good idea when it was originally suggested, but also said it would be implemented. It is a shocking pain in the arse having to manually update every menu item to include a new membergroup, when it could be linked to be included on the Membergroup Permissions page. It is easily the biggest and worse drawback of the mod itself; if you don't have every membergroup set up prior to installing the menu mod, you are in for one hell of a headache to edit them in, and setting up membergroups to "inherit" the permissions of another membergroup don't work. I strongly suggest you reconsider doing the permissions option, because as I said, it's a massive drawback of the mod if you ever make changes or add to the membergroups.

Hi!
My updates license ran out, and I don't wanna repurchase it if I don't particularly need it for updates, you know? (finances are tight at the moment) so what I was wondering was a couple of things:
1. What is the latest running update of the Menu Editor? 2. Have you implemented the adding of permissions from the usergroup creation? I added three new usergroups and adding them all to every menu option is a royal pain and I know it was suggested, so I was wondering if it had been added or was going to be added in the near future.
Thank you!

Nothing is working for me any more?
When I click on the "Type" It changes it, but doesn't open up the listing or option to fill in a link.
When I click on the membergroup permission options, ti adds a # and jumps me to the top of the page.
I'm not sure when it happened. The most recent mod I installed was SMF Pack's @Mention mod.

Oh, okay; but they don't match the button ID either... I redid the menu, and my child button to menu button #1 is #9, but order number is 5. xD

Why should it be 1? It's the 29th button I made, therefore it should be 29? I just clicked on a random menu item to show you what was happening.

My ability to add children to a menu has gone :(
It is across all layouts, regardless (including the SMF default.) I'm not sure where to start searching for a fix.
A screenshot is attached. As you can see, I am still able to add children, but it's a pain in the butt.
Help would be fantastic.
