Bugs / Re: Problem Leaving Feedback in Trader System Mod.
« on: February 25, 2015, 09:58:45 pm »
Thanks, I tried that and it did not work.

I ended up having to manually remove the Trader system, then re-install it. I had 1.6 Before updating from 2.0.4 to 2.0.9 (in many steps), so somewhere during the updates some codes changed as I was not able to uninstall using the Package manager. Manually worked , then re-installed 1.7 and it works now.

THank You

Bugs / Problem Leaving Feedback in Trader System Mod.
« on: February 25, 2015, 09:28:32 pm »
I just was made aware of this bug now.

I am using concurrently the Trader system for normal classifieds, and the SMF Classifieds system I just recently bought and setup.
I am using both as the SMF Classifieds system just doesn't seem to be accepted by people and is a bit limited so to say. Either way,
now that it's installed, nobody can leave feedback without getting this error :
"You must select a Classifieds listing that you have bid on or created to leave feedback for this user. "

Before, you could leave feedback to anyone using the Profile->Trader System with no issues.

Any idea how to fix this? If this doesn't work, I'll have to completely remove the SMF Classifieds I just bought and throw it pretty much out.

Thanks

Hi, since installing it (and it works for all but a few games) on my 2.0.9 SMF site here : (www.ctgt.us).
I've been getting lots of errors like this in the logs :
--------------------
http://www.ctguntalk.com/smf/index.php?action=admin
8: Undefined variable: urls
File: /home2/ctguntal/public_html/smf/Sources/Who.php
Line: 665

------------------
Line 665 in the who.php is :

665     if (!is_array($urls))
666              return isset($data[0]) ? $data[0] : false;
667      else
668              return $data;
----------------------------------

Looks like it stems from smfArcade.

Any ideas?

Feature Requests / Close/Lock Listing Feature/Permission

If someone starts a listing, gets no bids, but then the item is traded or just not available anymore,it would be great to have the option to mark it 'NOT AVAILABLE'? Instead of just deleting it?

Ok. I'll go and start a thread in there.

Uploaded it to the default theme folder and all the other selectable Themes also, no difference. Still gives the very long incorrect link.

Something is up with the linking for the addthis share for Facebook.

When I click it, it puts the ad into Facebook properly with the image, but the link is incorrect.

For example, the link for oen of the ads is :
http://www.ctguntalk.com/smf/index.php?action=classifieds%3Bsa%3Dview%3Bid%3D6#.VM6qiqml0b4.facebook

It should be : http://www.ctguntalk.com/smf/index.php?action=classifieds;sa=view;id=6

If I use the standard Facebook Share (not addthis) button, it adds the proper link, but does not add the image from the ad itself, so both are buggered really.

Ahh, yes that's the sort of integration I was looking for. Thank you. I think that did it.

One drawback though, all these banner ads (up to 5) have to use the same location though, right?

My intent was to have some ads displayed for guests and some to members, etc..

So I wanted location 1 (ad1) for guests only, and a new location (right side 2 for example) for Ad2 that only members see.
