Looks like it's working great.  Hammering through my posts as I type this.

Thanks again for the quick/excellent support.   These new scripts worked great, hopefully more people can use them in the future.

Regards,

Blake

Thanks!

Looks like we're getting closer:

Here is where I'm at now:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type mysqli as array in /home/noroto5/public_html/Sources/Subs-Db-mysql.php:1080 Stack trace: #0 /home/noroto5/public_html/aveafixposts2.php(58): SMF_DB_MySQLi->query('', '\n\t\t\tSELECT max(...', Object(mysqli)) #1 {main} thrown in /home/noroto5/public_html/Sources/Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 1080

Here's my output from aveafixposts2.php:

Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_select_db() in /home/noroto5/public_html/aveafixposts2.php:31 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/noroto5/public_html/aveafixposts2.php on line 31

Line 31 being:

mysql_select_db($db_name, $db_connection);

Try this one attached

Yahtzee!   That appears to be working well.   I know you have another script for updating images in posts;   would that one need the same adjustment/treatment to update?   I've not had a chance to test that one yet (since this one was being grumpy with the new PHP).

Thanks for all of your help/responsiveness, top notch support!

Sorry, been running around on a few things:

The error I'm receiving is:

"[03-Sep-2018 22:48:35 UTC] PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected '$smcFunc' (T_VARIABLE) in /home/noroto5/public_html/aveaimport2.php on line 791"

edit:   Fixed that, it was an errant "m" on line 791.

Now failing on this (when the page renders):

Warning: mysqli_query() expects at least 2 parameters, 1 given in /home/noroto5/public_html/aveaimport2.php on line 58

Warning: mysqli_fetch_row() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, null given in /home/noroto5/public_html/aveaimport2.php on line 61

Warning: mysqli_free_result() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, null given in /home/noroto5/public_html/aveaimport2.php on line 63

Thanks, I appreciate the quick response.   I'm throwing a 500 error on that new file;  permissions are right, so I'm seeing if I can find anything in the logging on it, though my host's info visibility on a 500 error isn't particularly fantastic.

Okay, great, thanks!

I downloaded that, but it appears the script uses the older "mysql" PHP behavior vs. "mysqli"

Is there a possibility of updating the script to the newer PHP methodology?

Okay, so I'm quite sure I induced this issue, but hopefully you're able to help.

I had started an SMF Gallery Lite install/Aeva import and had an issue (unrelated to the mod) and decided to go ahead and get SMF Gallery Pro and run that instead.

It's installed and appears to be working fine, but I have no way to import from Aeva now?   Aeva is still installed and functional (2.10 version), I just don't have the option anywhere in SMF Gallery Pro to do an import.

Any ideas on what I've goofed up?    Looking forward to getting this sorted so that I can get Aeva cleared out of the system.

Regards,

Blake
