p.s. I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing....
I did install gallery "light" first, but that's been uninstalled...any chance the fact that I had that first would cause a problem? David 5

this is for the member galleries...I've got a "regular member" ID that I use to test things out, so i'm able to confirm what other's are saying...members other than admin are unable to create a category in their own user galleries..David
p.s. I went in and set the permissions right after install, just to rule that out 6

For some reason the only option is "Upload photo"...
when you try to do that, it say's "error-You need to create a category first before you upload a picture".....but there's no way to create a category... this is not a problem for admins, but for every other user...suggestions, please? regards, David
