I think that to prevent any further crashes I'll just tell them all that this has a 3MB limit and not a 3GB one. Thanks for your input!!

A member has experienced failure in uploading a video file. He told me it looked as though it was going to transfer but, soon the entire site froze and had to restart IE to regain site access. Attempted a second time and it did the same.
I know the permissions are enabled. I'm not sure if I have the correct values entered into the settings. Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.

The text should only Pull from the database: The real first name of the registrant.,
The subject: "You have items Left in you cart" and where.
It should make reference to the list of items they had placed in the shopping cart and when exiting. Actual pictures of the items as they were listed for sale
I should contain links back to the site shopping cart with the items still ready for checkout.
All of the details with the other content should be made customizable by the store admin.

I had a previous system that done that and at an admin level you could set the time limit the system would hold the item before removing the items from their shopping cart. This of course only pertained to registered member purchases. Guest exiting before checkout lost theirs immediately.

I was wondering if someone exits before checkout with items in their shopping cart, will the system send them an email after a certain period of time reminding them that they didn't complete their purchase?

Yes the auction system doesn't have a real account on the forum which is why it is guest.
OK... I get it now. This just defaults to Guest in the PM system since it has no actual member to reference to. No prob! Thanks for your prompt response.

It would have to come from another member id on the forum in order to display that.
I don't understand. The person that placed the auction was an Administrator. The system seemed to auto send this when the auction ended. Where did the Guest come from? We don't even have Guests enabled. Is it something in the permissions maybe?

It's no real big deal but, is there a way to change the member group title under "Auction System" notifications? I really would like to change it from "Guest" to something a little more appropriate to the group and site.

I don't know who I'm conversing with but, you ROCK!
I got it to move but it wouldn't populate the icons, colors or justify the positioning. It just showed the text. It all functioned, but looked like crap.
So whoever you are...Thanks a bunch!
