What mods would I need to put back for os0 and os1 handling to show up on the paypal cart?  I have a custom html page that I had used prior to using v1.3 of the store that would do this.

I would generate something like this with the page after concat. the form fields.  Should be able to do a similar thing for the custom fields.

I was thinking that if I just set the item title to os0, and then any other custom fields to os1 it should be fine; as long as the total for each isn't longer than 200 characters.  Anything over 200 characters would be truncated.

Is it possible to track quantity of items, say for t-shirt sizes where I have limited numbers for each when the size is part of the custom field? 

I create a single item, but how do make the quantities match the total for each size without having three actual items?
Small - 50 of item
Medium - 15 of item
Large - 140 of item

It seems like I would have to create three items for sale or track them outside of the store; just have the total quantity be 205.

If the custom fields only show up on the transaction logs AFTER the purchase, how are customers supposed to validate their order to make sure they are purchasing what they think they selected.  For example, the t-shirt store that someone mentioned before - for color and size.  The customer would only see that they ordered a t-shirt but they don't get the positive confirmation while viewing the cart that they selected the correct one they desired.

I've got the same situation and trying to determine how to not create 2 colors (black|white) x 2 styles (long|short sleeve) x 5 sizes (S|M|L|XL|2XL) products in the store with nearly identical descriptions.
