Filesize doesn't change. There is no good way to do it. Other than on your end saving images as jpeg instead of png file.
It does have built resizing you can the max height/width of an image. You can change the jpeg compression setting level as well but your image quality may go down.
Sorry, I'm confused, which filesize changes?
OK, let me step back a bit here..... does SMFGalleryPro;
1. Uploads the images(s), (from a icon / link in SMF), 2. Resizes it (to set specifications), 3. Saves a much smaller file it to server (hopefully to a separate server to the Forum!), 4. Inserts the image(s) to post automatically, 5. Click post and we done?
Thanks for your time and patience!

Auto resizing & saving Server space is a real 'show-stopper' for me .....

OK thanks.
I've already got a 'fairly good' VPS package already, trouble is, my forum now host over 200,000+ images.... and it's not even an image focused forum!
I'm just looking for a simple Image adding feature for SMF, with simple one-click upload and auto-resizing ... like all the 'Facebook' sites and Apps do.... do I need to look elsewhere?
( NB: I'm currently using Chevereto, but support in terrible! )

1. Yes
2. Filesize doesn't change. It uploads the same file and creates a thumbnail of that image.
3. Yes
I'm very much interested in saving Server / disk space, uploading huge files is a real 'show-stopper' for me, is there any solution for this with SMFGalleryPro?
Lots of other questions but this is the most important.... next ease of user use! MbM

Easy hacks or long and complicated and have to be re-done whenever SMF updates?

Hi, I'm looking to use Ad Seller Pro on my SMF Forum, does the latest version work with Babylon theme set as default?
Last time I tried to install it, it wouldn't work 'off-the-bat' in Babylon theme with a lot of faffing about and then stopped working after the first SMF update!
Thanks in advance, Martin - UK
