Support / Permissions not showing

I went into the admin to set the permissions and I only have 8 permisions and the instructions shows to have 13. That I can tell it looks like the Pro permissions are not showing up.

This is what I have

Support / Require amount on listing

Is there anyway I can require the lister to put an amount in the ad. I have some people that are not seeing the Price Box for some dumb reason. If not could this be a posible new feature?

Support / Slide show & Move resent to the top

My slide Show is not working and not sure why, I have it enabled but nothing.

How do I move most resent & most viewed to the top of the screen?

Support / Permission by catagory

Is there a way to give permission by catagory?
I have 3 catagory's and I want to give everyone access to one of the catagorys but the other 2 I only want admins to be able to post in.

Modifications Talk / Integrate Geodesic Classifieds With My SMF 1.1.1

I am using sfm 1.1.1 and it works great. I am also running Geodesic Classifieds and would like for them to share the same data base. So that when my users login on smf they can go to the classifieds and not have to register or login. Is this posible or am I just having another dream.
