Support / [Suggestion] Requestable Rewards

Hello.
I'm not sure if I can make a suggestion for the mod but I'll try anyway
.
What about adding a part to this mod that grants other people the opportunity to "request" awards?
The admin can choose which awards can be requested.
Once requested the admin or moderator can approve it and the member would gain the badge.
That's it.
Let me know if this was an useful suggestion or not.
