Hello,
Store admins have not been receiving notification of items being purchased in out SMF Store since around the time we updated too SMF 2.1.2. We receive the Paypal notifications and the customers receive their purchase emails, but the Admins listed in the store configuration screen don't. Any chance you have time to look at this?
FYI, I updated my forum to SMF 2.1.3 today and the problem is still there.
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving from Montana.

Good Day, I recently installed the latest 5.0 beta version of the store software after updating my forum to SMF 2.1.2. Today I had my first user attempt to purchase and item but he couldn't do it. I'm waiting for a reply from him as to what exactly happened when he tried to purchase the item, but I saw three (3) of the following errors in the SMF database log when the users made his purchase attempts and I felt they might give you a head start as to what the problem is: Today at 16:57 Rob_McIntire 96.69.132.22 8e310795489c26287edb783014437b81 https://www.sonomacountydsa.org/forums/index.php?action=store;sa=addcartitem;id=52;single=0 /home/customer/www/sonomacountydsa.org/public_html/forums/Sources/Store2.php (Line 4440) Backtrace information
Type of error: Database Error messageSelect Database Error: Field 'ID_ITEM' doesn't have a default value
INSERT INTO dsa_forums_store_item_custom_field_data (ID_FIELD, ID_CART, value) VALUES (6 , 619, 'XL')
If someone can offer a helping hand when they have time, I'd appreciate it. Warm Regards...

SORRY! CAN YOU MOVE THIS TO GALLERY SUPPORT? I'm Sorry, I posted it here by mistake.Good Day, I have a couple questions to better understand how SMF Gallery Pro works so I don't screw anything up. QUESTION #1I see multiple references being made here to the "Gallery" folder however, in addition to the original "Gallery" folder, my installation of SMF Gallery Pro has created additional Gallery folders Named a follows: Gallery Gallery0 Gallery1 Gallery2 Gallery3 Gallerycatimages Galleryftp Galleryimport I know the Galleryimport folder is tied to the Batch Add Path variable where you place a bunch of images to import them in bulk. What are the other folders or and what should their file permissions be set to? QUESTION #2:I see there's a setting in the gallery settings area called: "Gallery url". Currently it's set to the Gallery folder under my SMF installation ( https://www.sonomacountydsa.org/forums/gallery). When I got to this link, all I get is the following message: Are you trying to look at the pictures of this forum??? I don't believe this is the expected behavior but rather it's suppose to take me to the Gallery like the SMF Gallery menu button does, but it doesn't. I'm having problems uploading my pictures to my Gallery which I posted about here: https://www.smfhacks.com/index.php/topic,10142Could this be related? Thank you for your time. Mike Vail

FORUM INFO Link to my forum: https://sonomacountydsa.org/forumsSMF version: SMF ver. 2.0.19 Tiny Portal version: TP ver. 2.1.0 Default Forum Language: English Theme name and version: Default (Curve) Browser Name and Version: Chrome, Firefox, Edge - All Current Versions Mods installed: See attached image of package manager Related Error messages: SEE BELOW.... Current Server PHP Version: 7.4.27Good evening, I've been having a problem with my install of SMF Gallery Pro. It's been a very long time since I uploaded any photos to the gallery. All the previously uploaded photos display fine, however any new photos I attempt to upload do not display after the upload process completes. The thumbnail area is blank but all the image details appear as though everyone worked fine during the upload process (see attached image). I have made the following attempts to resolve the issue: - Confirmed all Gallery folders on the webserver have 775 writable Permissions
- Confirmed the folder and link settings in the gallery settings are correct for the webserver
- Tried all the versions of PHP available on the server (see image below with these options)
- Tried various pictures
- Tried various different users including Admin
- Upgraded SMF from 2.0.18 to 2.0.19
- Upgraded to Gallery 9.0b from 8
- Tried uninstalling Gallery completely but there were numerous errors shown by the uninstaller so I couldn't
- Triple-checked many of the above things
Everything else on the forum works fine including uploading pictures in the SMF Store, it's just the SMF Gallery that doesn't allow the photos. I have a suspicion it's related to the PHP versions I'm forced to run, but of course that's only a guess. I don't possess the the knowledge to figure that out. The only errors I'm seeing in the SMF logs are as follows: https://www.sonomacountydsa.org/forums/index.php action=admin;area=logs;fa7f23df175b=b5018eb60a1385baff571c4f71eb36eb Undefined index: gallery_txt_moderationcenter File: /home/customer/www/sonomacountydsa.org/public_html/forums/Sources/Admin.php Line: 291 I hate coming here asking for help, but I'm stuck at this point and don't know what else to check. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Happy New Year! Mike Vail

Greetings. We did some redesign work together on your SMF store a short time ago. The changes we made have been well-received and have enhanced the store software tremendously. I would like to work with you to do some more changes that will make your product even better than it is now. I'm willing to pay you for the work, which will benefit all your customers. Are you still interested in further improvements? If so, I'll post my specific requests here. I know your customers will like them!
Thank you, Mike Vail Stevensville, MT USA

Hello,
I've noticed there are two problems with the Paypal receipts being delivered to my customers. The first is documented in this post. The second is in post #2 of this thread.
As for the first problem, if a customer purchases more than one of a particular item from my SMF Store, the Paypal receipt emailed to the user shows the correct total purchase price information but only shows a quantity of "1" for any item a user purchases multiple quantities of. Any chance the "Qty" and "Unit Price" info passed to Paypal from the SMF Store can be corrected to make the Paypal receipt show the actual quantity and price of of each item being purchased?
I've attached a copy of a Paypal receipt as an example. In the example, you will see a user has purchased a Qty of "4" of an item at $10.00 USD each but the receipt shows a single item was purchased at a cost of $40.00 rather than 4 of the item at $10.00 each.
Thank you for looking into it when you have time. Mike Vail Santa Rosa, CA USA

Greetings,
I have the SMF Store loaded on my website and have been using it for quite a while. I just updated to the latest beta today! One of my Admins is the storekeeper and I am too.
Currently, when someone makes a store purchase, the storekeeper and I get a copy of the confirmation email sent to the purchaser. This email includes a link to the user's "My Transactions", which not usable to storekeepers. I'd like to add a separate notification that is specifically for the Storekeepers to assist them in quickly getting to the master Transaction list of the store. I'm almost certain this existed before but I think it may have been removed during one of the recent SMF Store updates.
Is there a way I can add an email confirmation message to the system that sends the following to the storekeepers:
From: Sent: Thursday, November 10, 2016 2:14 AM To: smf store keeper's email Subject: SMF Store Item Purchased Dear yourwebsite SMF Storekeeper,
A purchase has just been made from your SMF Store.
You can view the order information for this purchase at:
http://your_smfstore_thisorder
You can view your store's transaction history here:
http://your_smfstore_transactions
Have a great day! Your smf store
In the meantime I'm having the storekeeper login to the forum and use the "Transactions" link under the Store Admin, but this is cumbersome.
Thanks for a great product and if I missed something, let me know.
