Support / Adding a receipt number to Purchase Email

Some further assistance sought.

The legislation under which our association operates requires us to issue receipts for membership payments in the form "Financial Year-Sequential Number" eg "17/18-123".  The receipt number received through the PayPal transaction does not the legislative requirement.

I would like to add a receipt number for all purchases from our store, both membership and non-membership, with the sequential number incrementing no matter what type of purchase is made.

We could issue the receipt number as part of the text of the Purchase Email, but this would require the addition of 2 parameters that could be included into the text, i.e. one for Financial Year and one for the Sequential Number.  These parameters could be defined in the Store Settings, with the starting number for the Sequential Number being defined as would be the current Financial Year (if defined as a parameter then the financial year could be for example 17/18 or 2017 depending on how it is defined).  I am assuming the Sequential Number would require the addition of a field in the database.

Could you please advise if the above is possible and if you were to do it for us could you please PM me any cost that would be involved.

Support / Transaction ID on Packing Slip Incorrect

We currently have a problem that the transaction id on the packing slip is different to the actual transaction id.

All the other information on the packing slip is correct.

This difference may have been caused by activities undertaken during the initial setup and testing.

How is the transaction id sourced for the packing slip?  There appears to be a database query at line 9900 of store2.php.  Is this the query, if so how is the transaction id being returned incorrectly?

Support / Changing text in personal message sent when product is shipped.

I would like to change the text in the message sent after a product is shipped.  I have checked the text scripts in store.english.php and cannot find anything there.  Where is this text generated?

I am trying to add the product name to the Purchase Notification for Store Admins email.

I have added the variable %productname in various combination without success. 

Is there a change needed in storeipn2.php to achieve this?

Support / Transaction search and download

I am having an issue with the search and download functions under Transactions within the Store Configuration.

If I undertake a search for transaction between certain dates or for a certain transaction email address (for which there are 2 pages of transactions, the result of the search and download is only 2 records.  These records do not change no matter what search criteria I enter.

Is there a problem here or am I doing something wrong?

Support / Stop notification of a purchase to all Forum Admins

I have implemented the latest version of the store on our Forum and are pleased with the way it operates.

Within our forum we have several members who have been assigned administrator privileges.  In testing the store mod, I find that notification of a purchase is forwarded to all Forum Admin persons as well as the actual store administrator (who in our case is a separate person who does not have full Forum administration privileges - we have 2 designated store admin persons each managing a different categories of items).

I have assigned a specific email for the contact email in the settings which is different to each of the store admin person's email address and can forward this email to the store admin persons if required.

Is there a way to stop the sales notification from being sent to all the Forum Admin persons?
