Support / Lost attachments

I'm not assuming Gallery Pro has caused my issue, but I did upgrade recently, so I will start here.
I have just noticed that none of my older attachments are opening on my forum. On investigation in file manager it seems non of my attachments pre April 16th 2020 open in view show as a jpg. Instead, they show as ( gzip compressed data, from Unix, last modified: Thu Dec 30 01:25:13 2021, max speed )

I'm getting error messages like this

Could this be anything to do with my Gallery Pro upgrade?

If not, could you please point me in the right direction, or recommend an individual that might be able to me.

Support / Upgrade from 9.0.1 to 9.0.2

I'm trying to upgrade my Gallery Pro from 9.0.1 to 9.0.2 using the upgrade feature in package manager. It appears to work, I'm still on 9.0.1. Either I'm doing something wrong, or my licence has run out, which I don't know how to check. Help please

Since updating my php to 7.4 I get error messages

I'm currently using Gallery Pro Version 8.0.6

Any ideas why?

I'm trying to upgrade to Gallery Pro 8,0.6 as advised in Gallery configuration settings, but it won't upgrade to higher than 8.0.1. I seem to have 2 versions installed? 8.0.1 and 7.2.4. Should I uninstall the latter

Hi,
I have my maximum image file size set at 2500000 bytes and ticked the resize images if too large box, but I am getting error messages saying file size too big. max size 2.4Mb. Am I doing something wrong?

Feature Requests / Upgrade to 8.0.2

I'm running 8.0.1 and my site is telling me my version is out of date. If I upgraded, is version 8.0.2 compatible with the responsive curve mod? ie, would it be mobile friendly? If so, how do I upgrade?

Hi,
Since installing Responsive Curve, I am getting a lot of gallery error messages, see attached. The authors of Responsive Curve say it is nothing to do with their mod, and I should be asking for help here. It seems to be a button issue on mobile devices. I'm trying to improve my URLs for a better chance of Google indexing my gallery.
When I view an album (category) the URL shows the cat No. not the title I've given it. Can I change this anywhere?
