I am running SMF 1.1.10, Gallery Pro 1.4.5 and Video Addon 1.1.1.
Do I install Pro 2.5 over the current or do I need to uninstall 1.4.5 first? Also do I need to uninstall Video Addon 1.1.1 first and install it after installing Pro 2.5? Thanks. 5
Support / Batch Add Error« on: May 31, 2009, 04:34:31 pm »
I have this error when I go to Admin/Gallery Configuration/Batch Add :
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access /lya_forum/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." My gallery folder is set to 777. What should I do to rectify this? 6
Support / No Uninstaller for Lite« on: May 21, 2009, 07:53:17 pm »
I just purchased the Pro version yesterday and this morning I was trying to uninstall the Lite version 1.7.5.1 but this was what I received, "This package cannot be uninstalled, because there is no uninstaller! Please contact the mod author for more information." When I do a "List Files", this is what was listed:

Gallery.template.php (79876 bytes) 5. galleryinstall.php (3019 bytes) 6. package-info.xml (2305 bytes) 7. Gallery.english-utf8.php (7981 bytes) 8. ReadMe.txt (967 bytes) 9. smfgallery108.xml (5333 bytes) 10. smfgallery.xml (5743 bytes) 11. gallery/placeholder.txt (33 bytes) What should I do next? 7
Feature Requests / Bulk Transfer of Images« on: May 21, 2009, 05:48:16 am »
I just purchased SMF Gallery Pro and I suggest that a feature to transfer multiple images from one category to another be considered in the next upgrade.
Thanks. 8
Presales for Products / Bulk transfer of images« on: May 20, 2009, 12:24:16 am »
I am currently using SMF Gallery Lite 1.7.5.1 on my site which is running SMF 1.1.8 and TP 0.9.8. I plan to purchase the SMF Gallery Pro.
I have a couple of questions: (1) Which is the latest version for my site? (2) I know Pro can be used to upload multiple images at a time. Can it also transfer multiple images from one category to another? (3) To install Pro, it is necessary to uninstall Lite first. Will the categories remain intact? Thanks. 9
SMF Gallery Lite / Unknown Code Found in Gallery.php« on: May 19, 2009, 09:30:56 pm »
In recent times there were many attacks on SMF sites by a user named krisbarteo. One of the things he did was to insert a code "base64_decode(xxxxxx)" in numerous files [xxxxxx refers to some undecipherable codes].
To be on the safe side, I tried to look for such a code in my php files. I found one in the Gallery.php file, Lite version 1.7.5, see below: Code: [Select] function ViewC() For curiosity, I downloaded version 1.8.2 and checked the Gallery.php file. The code is also found. My question is "Is this a legitimate code?" 10
SMF Gallery Lite / Network Timeout?« on: May 08, 2009, 08:26:25 pm »
My site uses SMF 1.1.8, TP 0.9.8 and Gallery Lite 1.7.5.1.
My gallery has 4 categories, one category consists of 370 pictures and the others have less than 100 each. I had no issues for the past couple of years. However, in recent weeks, after I had viewed a picture, the site hung. By the way, I use Firefox as my default browser. I then close Firefox and when I tried to get into the site again, the error message says "Network Timeout". It happens intermittently. My questions are: (1) Is there a limit to the number of pictures allowed in a category or, for that matter, in Gallery Lite? (2) I had complained to my host but they said the problem is at my end. Is there a bug in Gallery Lite which I am not aware of? (3) If I upgrade to Gallery Pro, will I have to re-upload all the pictures? Thanks. 11
SMF Gallery Lite / SMF Gallery Lite Installation Error« on: June 19, 2007, 05:17:56 am »
I am using SMF 1.1.2, TP 0.9.8 and SMF Arcade 2.0.8. I had aslso installed the County Flags mod. I did not have any errors.
When I installed SMF Gallery Lite 1.7.5.1, I get a modifications.english.php Test Failed. I had added this to the themes\default\language\modifications.english.php Code: [Select] //Begin SMF Gallery Text Strings I still get the same error "Test Failed" error. Any ideas what I should do next? Thanks.
