anyone know what mods are being used on this forum for:
Recent, User, and Stats?

i m a new user of smf and recently got my site up, www.respiratorychat.com and i have been seeing these errors in my error log. I added a few tabs in my menu bar ( email, gallery, and cpanel links)
but getting really nervous about these errors. how do i fix?

cpanel i m guessing is the link to my hosting panel that i put up to show when i m signed in as admin.

now i get this error when i try to install gallery:

[Mon Apr 28 07:52:25 2008] [error] [client 24.46.141.232] File does not exist: /home/respirat/public_html/error_404.htm

[Mon Apr 28 07:52:25 2008] [error] [client 24.46.141.232] File does not exist: /home/respirat/public_html/favicon.ico

these two errors repeated a few times..

please help.

I am a new user in SMF, i have my forum up already and i am attempting to install packages.  The main package i am trying to install is gallery lite.  i followed the instructions posted on your website but i'm still lost.  Please help.

First i am using OS Mac w/ Safari web browser.  I dont really know much about this so please bare with me.  I downloaded the package gallery lite to my forum by linking it to smfhacks.com and it showed up on my packages.  i pressed apply mod and it displayed:
1.   Execute Modification   ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php   Test successful
2.   Execute Modification   ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english-utf8.php   Test successful
3.   Execute Modification   ./Themes/default/languages/Who.english.php   Test successful
4.   Execute Modification   ./index.php   Test successful
5.   Execute Modification   ./Themes/default/index.template.php   Test successful
6.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Subs.php   Test successful
7.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php   Test successful
8.   Extract File   ./Sources/Gallery.php   
9.   Extract File   ./Themes/default/Gallery.template.php   
10.   Extract Tree   ./gallery   
11.   Extract File   ./Themes/default/languages/Gallery.english.php   
12.   Extract File   ./Themes/default/languages/Gallery.english-utf8.php   
13.   Execute Code   galleryinstall.php   

only items 8-13 have no Test successful.  I also went to my webhost file manager and changed the permission of the (42Gallery1.8.2.zip) file of gallery lite to 777. 

Then i click "install now" my web browser begins to load and ends with this message:
Safari can’t open the page “http://respiratorychat.com/index.php?action=packages;sa=install2;package=42Gallery1.8.2.zip” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later.

Someone please help me.
