I paid via Paypal to renew my license, and got the confirmation email from Paypal. But haven't gotten an email from SMFhacks yet about the purchase, so I can renew the app. What do I need to do now? Thanks.

Support / Problems renewing license

I renewed my Gallery Pro license. Then I went to update my license, using the key I originally got when I purchased it, and the error said: "This license 'XXXXXXX has already been used!"

Should I have received a new license key? It still shows expired - haven't you been notified that I renewed? What does it want

Support / Re-order galleries in admin?

Is there any way to re-order the galleries ?

When I click on Admin/gallery and go to the list, is there a way to order them as a whole? I can't possibly take the time to move each one up and down - we're an art site with a large amount of galleries.

This is so cool that there's a new version of Newsletter Pro! Sadly, when I go to the location for current customers to download it, I get:

"The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."

Support / Gallery permission not working right

Hi Hacks,
Got a question on permissions. I have a post-count membergroup "OVA Rookie" whose member permissions are set to not allow them to add pictures to galleries.

But one OVA Rookie was able to upload a picture today in spite of that. I've verified the permission is correct, so is there something else I need to do?

May I suggest a feature to be able to copy an image directly from one gallery to another, so it can be in two galleries at once? (Instead of moving or uploading again)

Support / Newsletters not sent to all members

Hi Hacks,
Two times now, I've sent a newsletter and it looks like it wasn't sent to all 500+ members.

The first time, the "sent" column only showed 239, so I sent it again and "sent" showed more members the 2nd time.

And it happened again today - the "sent" column only shows 179 members. Or could it be an issue with the "sent" numbers?

I can send again, but where should I look for a solution?

I'm still having to manually approve comments on gallery pictures, and I'd like them auto-approved. Is there a setting for this I haven't found yet? Thanks.

Support / Can't uninstall Lite in order to install PRO

I just bought PRO, and downloaded.

The instructions say to uninstall the Gallery Lite, but when I clicked "uninstall" I got this message:

This package cannot be uninstalled, because there is no uninstaller! Please contact the mod author for more information.

Now what?

SMF Gallery Lite / Deleted images still in database?

Hi guys,
Is there a way to retrieve deleted images from Gallery Lite? I deleted 5 of a member's images, and she apparently does not have them herself and asked if I can get them back for her.

The query only shows the image that is still in the gallery.

Presales for Products / Can Pro automate entry fee per image?

Hi, I'm planning to upgrade from Lite to Pro, but I have a question.

I have monthly art competitions. I'd like to start charging a small entry fee for each artist or each image entered.

Does Pro offer a way to automate this or make it easy to verify payment before entering? Or would I have to set it to notify me to approve each picture first?
