What was yours?

For me at

#1 a $90 buck video portal software which dosent run on my server due to requirement falling short on the server lol

#2 My super cool super powerful Somic headphones, which broke in 3 weeks

#3 My ZIP Drive, only to have thumb drives come out after a few months at 1/3 the price lol

SMF Version: 1
Description: A theme inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean and centered around it.

The zip file contains the PSD for 2 sizes of headers: normal and wide. Also the font used is included in the zip file.

This theme was designed using SMF 1.1.1 default template and has been tested on IE7, FF2, and Opera 9 on the Windows Platform using a screen res of 1024 x 786, therefore optimal viewing res is the same.

This is a graphically heavy theme and my first one ever. I hope anyone who uses it likes it.

Hi,

I saw on a site that gallery pro had a e-cards feature? Is this default or a modification to the original gallery pro? I ask cos I dont see it listed in the features plus ive only seen it on 1 site.

Also user galleries are possible with pro yup?

Will pro be able to import the data from my lite version? Cos I have well over a 1000 pics in my lite version now!

Also do I get a discount cos Im hot? lol jokin

Description:This mod will add the Joined Date to the post profile of your members. This is a pretty cave age mod, so there is no admin interface to control it. So to remove it simply uninstall.

SMF Gallery Lite / Some Suggestions

Hi,

Great mod first of all

Secondly I would like to make a few suggestions which could either be part of the Lite or Pro version - suggestions all the same

1. Popup image
When the user clicks on an image it popup in a small resized window so that users can stay on the gallery index while being able to view images.

An optional and cooler alternative could also be using the 'lightbox' addon which is available from DynamicDrive for free here

2. Zipped Downloads
Users are able to mark images as being "added to cart" and then be able to download them all together as a zip file

3. Batch Upload
Admin would have the ability to batch upload images via FTP to a folder and specify the path and gallery would automatically form the thumbnails and resize them accordingly

4. User galleries
An option for the admin to either enable or disable the user image galleries. If enabled then the images uploaded by a specific member are ALSO indexed on a personal gallery page of theirs APART from being added to the main galleries (if they choose to do so)

When the option is off the gallery simply adds the images to the main galleries created by the admin and no "user personal gallery" index page is created.
