Support / IPN failures

I'm getting IPN failures from Paypal. I've been trying in the sandbox, and I'm getting 403 errors. This is happening for storeipn2.php, classifiedsipn2.php and downloadsipn2.php. The store is the most critical to get back up.

I've tried changing ownership, as well as chmodding (644, 755 and 777) with no results.
Any idea what else could be going on?

I would love to see a button that would pop up a print friendly packing slip for each order. Some customization would be nice, but just getting the list and customer info would be enough.
I spend a lot of time doing this manually and really wish for an easier way.

Support / Shipping conditions not working

So I have three shipping prices based on the total sale. Anything up to $60 is $7 shipping, $60.01-200.00 is $13 and $200.01+ is $16.
I just received an order for $63.50 and it charged $7.00 shipping. I've long thought that the shipping conditions of this software were insufficient, but now I'm finding that what little is there is broken. How can I fix this until you fix this in a later version?

Currently on the Who's Online page, it says Unknown Action when a user is looking at the store.
It would be nice if there were options for it to show the user is viewing the store, or a specific product.

I'm setting up my store and trying to add in workarounds for shipping issues I'm having. I've had to add in "products" that add to the shipping price for international customers.
The problem is, now all of my recent products are these shipping charges. How can I make them go to the bottom, so they never show up as recent products? I tried going into the database to adjust the creation date, but no luck there. What can I do?

How can I make it so an ad that doesn't have a price will have an end date? I'm hoping to use this for seeking volunteers for events and would like the call for volunteers to be deleted on the day of the event.
