Support / Products aren't being added to My Orders for customers!

I have a product that I have added to my store and have just been told that they people purchasing the product are not seeing it in their my orders interface. I have a record of the transaction on paypal but it is not there on the store's transaction page on the back end. Please Help!

Support / disguize download link?

Due to the way I have had to set up my store. . . I have had to have an external link to my downloadable products. It hasn't been a huge problem save for the fact that someone could very easily provide that link to their friends and only one person would have to pay for it! Is there a way to have the link provided work but only work once? disguise it?

Support / Transactions stopped working! Help!

I am getting notifications that people are purchasing member groups from PayPal but when I look on my site's list of transactions, they aren't showing up! People aren't being switched over to the membergroup they paid for! Yikes!

I have NO idea how to fix this. Can someone please help?

I have a product on my store that I have had there for quite a while that now appears to show a bunch of html code above my forum when viewed. It is one of my more popular products so this is rather concerning. :-(

I can't see anything strange that I have done bbcode wise. . .

Support / Transaction that didn't go through.

I just got an e-mail from a customer that purchased membership to my site and the transaction did not go through. After some investigating I can see that my paypal account received the funds but that this customer's account on my site did not get moved into the appropriate member group. :-( What is strange is that there was another purchase made just before his and that transaction worked. I can see that he is downloading products.

Support / Bad Links?

So it has been a while since I have sent out a newsletter. I managed to cobble together a newsletter in a text editor that I'm happy with and looks good in g-mail, yahoo, firebird etc. . . so then I go to copy and paste that into the newsletter maker. . . and that's when things go wrong.

First off the tiny_MCE hates me and won't let me do simple things like change the background color of the page. So I dig around and find the tiny_mce folder on my server and re-name it to tiny_mce_die. All good so far. . . when I go to the page that lets me put the message together I can copy and paste in my html and in my tests, it looks great. Happy with it. But then I click on some links. Fail. :-( It takes me to things like "http://setuptab.com/newstracking.php?a=l&c=35&i=1&l=271" which ends up just being blank. Did I accidentally disable newstracking code when I re-named the tiny_mce folder? How can I make my links work in this newsletter that I am itching to send out?

Feature Requests / HTML "block" for product page to enter in things like <video>?

My only real option for showing videos on my store is to embed flash files or youtube clips. Neither are ideal for my needs. I would love for there to be a "block" like in EzPortal that just let me enter in my own HTML code into an <iframe>. I THOUGHT this was what this would do:

Feature Requests / Categories count items in subcategories in total.

Right now I have a software category and then under that I have a mac category and a windows category. Each containing items for people to download. But when you look at the "Downloads" category it says there are "0" items available for download when. . . clearly that is not the case. Yes technically there are no downloads available that ONLY fall within the category of "Software" but logically I would prefer there to be a total of files within the catagory AND all sub-categories.

Please?

Bugs / Items disappearing?

One of the items I had up for people to download just disappeared last night. Woke up to dozens of people saying "Where did it go!?!" I have re-uploaded it but. . . that kind of sucks!

Bugs / People being told they aren't logged in using Firefox 3.6

I'm getting a lot of people saying they can't download things from my site. I have all the latest updates but still people are struggling.

"Just a quick comment... the download link worked fine using Internet Explorer, but doesn't work for Firefox 3.6. Keeps reporting that I wasn't logged in (even though I was) Regards!"

It appears to be a problem specific to Firefox 3.6. Its kind of important that people get these files. . .

Support / Sort by rating

Can we have a "Sort by rating" as a list option in the User Gallery list? I'd hate to have people try and upload a bunch of crap in order to appear on the top of that list. Better to have the quality trickle to the top instead of quantity.

In the members gallery area, is there a way to allow them to edit the settings of their own gallery without giving them permission to edit all the categories in all the galleries?

Support / Image quality

When the software generates the icon images from the higher resolution ones that are uploaded. . . it seems to be set at a very low jpeg quality. Is there any way to change that to be a re-sized .png instead? Or at least increase the quality of the file considerably?

Support / Cannot change preview image if not owner of download

I'm the super duper admin, so I find it strange that I have to change the ownership of the file to be me before I can pick which image I want for the primary thumbnail. Once I have set the image I want I'm allowed to then give "ownership" of the file back. Being the master administrator I should be able to make that change globally. No?
